About ONE LLC

ONE LLC is a U.S. business formation and compliance company. We file companies, maintain them, and handle everything in between — for founders coming into the U.S. market from outside, and for operators who already have a U.S. entity but need someone to keep it running right.

The name is intentional: one company, one process, one place for everything your U.S. entity needs. We're not a law firm. We're not a self-serve platform that hands you a form and leaves you to figure out the rest. We do the work — filing, coordinating, following through — and we're still there after the first document is signed.

ONE LLC is registered in South Dakota and covers all 50 U.S. states, supporting LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, and nonprofit organizations.

• U.S. Trademark Assistance: We help you file U.S. trademark applications through the USPTO to protect your brand names, logos, and other marks.

• Legal Document Receipt: We coordinate the receipt of service of process and other official government notices on behalf of client entities.
• Document Notification: Clients are notified promptly when registered agent documents are received.
• Secure Document Access: Documents are made available electronically through client accounts, where applicable.

• Annual Report Assistance: We assist with the preparation and filing of required annual or periodic reports.
• Business License Support: We assist with applications for business licenses and permits based on client-provided information.
• Compliance Reminders: We provide reminders regarding common filing deadlines to help clients maintain good standing.

• Registered Address Services: We provide business address support for eligible filings, entity records, and client correspondence according to the selected service plan.
• Document Handling: Mail and official documents are handled in accordance with the selected service plan.
