Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed through a designated payment method, we will begin processing your request. Most orders are acknowledged within 1–2 business days. Processing times for government filings depend on the relevant state agency and are outside our control once submitted.
Our services are primarily delivered electronically. Completed documents, filing confirmations, signing records, compliance reminders, and related service records are made available by email, download link, client account, or another agreed delivery method, as applicable.
- Document Preparation: Typically prepared within 1–3 business days of receiving all required information from you.
- Government Filings: Submitted to the relevant state authority promptly after preparation. State processing times vary and are not within our control.
- Registered Agent Services: Active upon confirmation of your order. Legal documents received on your behalf are processed and forwarded promptly.
- SIGN.GL Document Signing: Signing links and completed document records are delivered electronically upon completion of the signing workflow.
- BILL.GL Invoicing: Invoices are issued electronically. Payments processed through BILL.GL are confirmed via email receipt.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to HELLO@ONE.LLC. The following conditions apply:
- Before Submission: If you cancel before your documents have been submitted to a government authority, we will refund service fees paid, minus any costs already incurred.
- After Submission: Once documents have been submitted, the order cannot be cancelled and fees are non-refundable, as the filing process is outside our control.
- Recurring Services: For ongoing services such as registered agent coordination, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Non-Refundable
- Government Filing Fees: Fees paid to state or federal agencies are non-refundable once submitted.
- Service Fees After Submission: Once documents are submitted, service fees are non-refundable.
Eligible for Refund
- Errors on Our Part: If an error is attributable to our preparation or submission process, we will correct the issue at no additional cost or issue a refund of our service fee.
- Cancellation Before Submission: Service fees may be refunded if cancellation is requested before documents are submitted, minus any costs already incurred.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to HELLO@ONE.LLC within 30 days of the original order date. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
ONE LLC provides business formation and document filing coordination services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Our services are administrative in nature.
The accuracy of your filings depends on the accuracy of what you provide. If information you submit is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, we can't be responsible for resulting rejections, delays, or additional costs.
ONE LLC is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including government shutdowns, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
